Documents

Interclass

Pre-requisites :

The matches are held on three groups:

  • Primary 2nd and 3rd
  • Primary 4th and 5th
  • Secondary 1st and 2nd

The number of teams is limited in order to allow greater flexibility for postponed matches. Once the team quota has been reached, the following entries will no longer be taken into account. Once submitted via this form, the composition of the team can not be changed, except for medical reasons.
It is strictly forbidden for a pupil belonging to a group to participate in the tournament in a team of a higher or lower group. A student may not change from one team to another for the duration of the tournament.

Team selection criteria :

Each team will choose a parent (adult) who will be responsible for communication. A team must have a minimum of 10 players and may have a maximum of 14 players with a minimum of 2 girls.

Registration:

ONLY the registrations sent by email by THE PARENTS of the captain will be accepted (interclasses-footfest@woluweparents.org). Please note that the registration needs to be done by the captain’s parent of each team. The deadline for the registration for Interclass is 21 October 2019 at 23:59.

Price :

The registration of a player in the tournament costs 25 € which will be charged to his/her parents. The invoices will be sent after the beginning of the tournaments.

Responsibilities:

For insurance reasons, players are not allowed to stay in school buildings without adult supervision. It is therefore essential that between one and eight parents come to supervise the team at the end of the schoolday.

Fair play :

It is understood that players and spectators will behave courteously and with fair play, in moments of joy or defeat.

Communication :

The schedule of the matches will be accessible on woluweparents.org and regularly updated. The captain will be contacted directly in case of cancellation or postponement of a match, he / she will be held responsible for informing his team members.
