Specific hygiene measures in relation to the COVID-19 health crisis

  • All staff, including supervisors and monitors, are required to use the face mask during the service and to disinfect their hands regularly.

  • The sanitation of objects and surfaces used will be carried out by the monitors and the APEEE staff with specific antiseptic products before and after each activity.

  • In accordance with the educational directives of the Walloon-Brussels Federation (fr), secondary school pupils are required to wear a face mask during their whole stay at school, except during sports activities. We draw the attention of parents to the fact that wearing a face mask is the sole responsibility of the pupils, who must wear it. If a student comes without a face mask, a face mask will be provided and charged to the parents at a cost of 1 euro the first time and 5 euros for subsequent times.

  • Disinfectant gel dispensers are available at the entrance of each building where activities are held.

  • Pupils will be asked to disinfect their hands before and after the activities.

  • Ventilation of the rooms.
  • Children will be collected by their parents all afternoon at the entrance area on Avenue Oscar Jespers. The person picking up the child is invited to ask the member of our supervision team present (orange “surveillance” waistcoat) to pick up the child. This person must wear a face mask.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send a message to periscolaire@woluweparents.org.

Wishing you a great start of the school year.
