Administrative board


The Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) elects the Association’s Board (“Conseil d’Administration” or “C.A.”). Members are elected to serve a two-year term, but to maintain continuity, at least half the positions on the Board come up for election at each A.G.M.
The Board conducts the affairs of the association and elects from among its members a Chairman. The Board also appoints representatives on a number of committees and structures.
Furthermore, the Board sets up Working groups, which draft papers or oversee particular activities, for example the Services. These groups form the core of the Association.
Interested parents, whether elected class representatives or not, are most welcome to participate in the work of these Working Groups: if you are interested, please contact us.
