The principle of the sale of used books is very simple, you sell the textbooks used during the school year and buy the ones your children will use for the next school year!
In order to meet your needs, we schedule several sales sessions for the sections.
Explanations and instructions regarding the dates, deposit / sale meetings are available.
You will find above the sales sheet and which must be filled in with your books. In order to ensure that it works properly, please bring 2 copies to the sale as well as all your books. If you wish to sell books from different language sections, please fill in one form per language section.
You can send your pre-registration by email to the APEEE Secretariat.
In order to facilitate the organisation of returns, these will be made between September and December of the following school year. If you wish to take back your unsold books, please send an e-mail to secretariat.apeee@woluweparents.org indicating the name of the seller and the number of colours that have been allocated to your books. Unclaimed books will be offered for sale again the following year.
After this period
N.B.: By not collecting your books that are no longer on the programme before December 2025, you undertake to donate them and not to receive any money for them.
The Book Sale Committee appeals to S1 through S7 students to help during the book sales. You will find hereafter the description of the tasks you will be asked to fulfill description tasks.
Afterwards, the Book Sale Committee will give each student helper a certificate setting out their voluntary work, which is likely to look good on their CVs. Students willing to help should complete registration form for students and send it by email to secretariat.apeee@woluweparents.org.
For parents who have some time to spare and wish to take part in this project, do not hesitate any longer and send an e-mail to secretariat.apeee@woluweparents.org
Please consult the school’s website.

Because of the overcrowding and the increasingly limited number of spare seats in buses, we may not always be able to accept requests for occasional changes of bus (e.g. to visit another pupil, the doctor, a private teacher, or a sports club).
We will not allow any one-off or temporary change of bus.
Any one-off or temporary change of bus must be requested by sending an email to the Transport Office before 13:00 the day before at the latest, and will only be accepted based on the availability of seats.
Request for Extra Bus Stop
Requests for regular use of a different bus departing at the same time (13:00 – 15:30 – 16:20) will only be considered as of November and will be subject to the availability of seats in our buses. This does not concern children living alternate weeks with each parent (shared custody).
Requests for an additional stop must be renewed annually. After eventual acceptance, the approval may be withdrawn at any time during the school year in order to release a seat for a student to be transported to and from home.
