Snow Plan

SNOW PLAN : NORMAL SERVICE

In case of snow and/or ice, or disruptions to our normal bus service for other reasons, we will inform you by email and SMS which service state applies for that day:

  • SNOW PLAN ACTIVE : All routes operate but replacement stops are activated (see list of replacement stops Snow Plan 2023-2024).
  • LIMITED SERVICE : Some routes are not in operation – please check the website for details
  • NO BUS SERVICE :  The school is open but the school buses are not running, pupils must make their own way to school.

Please check the APEEE website for details on your specific bus route and stops. This information can be found via Snow Plan 2023-2024.  Please also verify that the mobile phone number and email contact details registered in your Secured Zone are correct.

We strongly advise parents to check the APEEE website daily if there is snow or other adverse weather conditions are forecast. If anything, other than NORMAL BUS SERVICE is stated, there will be changes to routes or bus stops.

📢 European Summit 2024

As announced in the national media, the European Summit will take place on the 17th April and 18th April 2024, which could cause major disruption to the capital’s road network.

The disruption is expected to start at 07:00 and could affect the APEEE school transport service. Due to this situation, we anticipate the risk of delays and/or cancellations to the usual routes. The transport service will keep the concerned parents informed in real time.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience in this exceptional circumstance. We will do our best to minimise disruption.

Best regards,

APEEE Bxl II Transport
